© Leo Maki

oester, DAS HAUS & Needcompany (Brussels) are looking for a strong vocalist (m/x)
as Pornopera dives into the frameworks of both ‘porn’ and ‘opera’ we will explore

— both the operatic voice and a less technical sound

— repertoire and improvisation

— the effect of sexual and erotic acts on the act of giving voice

we look for a strong physical performer with

— experience in solo singing (any style/musical background is welcome)

— an openness to explore nudity

the material for the performance will be co-created so we look for a performer who is able & willing to think and create along within these frames

PORNOPERA I will be a duet with performer & composer Timo Tembuyser
